i just had to replace my throttle pos. sensor on a 92 bronco w/ stock 302. according to the manual, to adjust it you loosen the 2 screws and turn the sensor until your multimeter reads one volt.problem is the screw holes would need to oblong in order to turn the sensor, but they're just straight holes. the original sensor was th same way. anybody ever run into this, or know another way of adjusting it?

My 92 351 is the same way. Check the voltage at idle. As long as it is between .5 to 1.0 volts you are ok.
