Ok Brandon. You have posted many times so I will let you in on something. Use the search. I see you are a newbie so I will cut you some slack. If you do a little searching you can find the answers to most if not all your questions. This has been talked about more than anything. For the best search results go to http://www.FullSizeBronco.com. Use the search button and you will find more posts than you know what to do with.

Brandon, it all depends on you and what you have. Sure one person can do it themselves ... in the driveway with basic tools ... but having a few buddies and a good set of tools including impacts & such will make it a lot easier.
If you really want to know what you need to do, contact the manufacturer to get instructions if you don't have them already. Take your time and read through them completely to see what all is involved.
I would think you'd want new shocks unless you don't want any down travel
Like it says on that page you'll also have to mess with driveshafts.....
Here is a little writeup of when I was just changing the front springs on mine ... so keep in mind you'll be doing rear springs & dropping all the TTB stuff as well....

Like I said, it's 1 person doable but a lot easier with a few friends and lots of tools....
