Sup guys, I am new to this, but it looks like something I am going to stick with, kindof make me fix my truck up.
Check it out by the way.
I recently got into a car accident, with a COP.
Anyways got f*cked outta that.
He T-Boned me and pushed in my door, and quarter panel under the door.
I bought a new door, a black one, got it on there and working good.
The Quarter-Panel,
I found a 92 150 I can cut this out of and weld back into place, I know its a cab but I gotta make it work. It didn't mess anything else up on my truck so I hope this will be a breese. What would be the best route for cutting the panel out? Saw-Zaw, Torch, ???... (I'm 18 by the way) and I don't have a dad around that will help me, so I'm trying to figure this stuff out on my own. Done lots of body work b4, just had somebody there to "help" me, ANYWAYS. Please reply to this and I'll get the pictures of the damage very soon. So maybe yall Bronco enthu... can help me !

Is the damage UNDER the door or behind it? If it's under it in the rocker panel, you can cut out the section that got hit and weld in one from any Ford pick-up from 80-96. If it's BEHIND the door, in the rear quarter panel, that's a different deal. Usually have to replace the whole quarter. Keep us posted. Sorry to hear about the wreck, dude!!! |
