hey, i have 1976 ford F250 with 14 inches of lift on 18x39.5x16.5
Its got a 400m small block with a C-4 , 4 spd trans. I was wondering if any1 knew any quick power upgrades for the old tired beast. I need at least 500hp and 500lb. ft. of torque. I mean i have a big block from a 96 f250 but it still needs alot of work. what should i do?

ps. if your gonna suggest building up the 400m, just make sure u list the parts i should be using. thanks - john

Assuming you have a 460 at your disposal I would think it would be easier to build this motor to your liking than the 400. I guess one of the biggest factors is how much can you spend and the condition of your 460.
