I have checked just about everything I know to check. I did a search and I have read every post there has been on this issue and believe me there is alot of them. I used a Snap-On scan tool and came up with 2 codes (IAT sesor, EVR) and replaced both of them. I replaced the fuel pump, checked the fuel regulator, TPS and IAC. I did not how ever check to see if some how the IAC was clogged. I just rebuilt the engine and I know it does not need a tune-up. I checked for vacum leaks and found none. The guys at the auto shop here on post were helping me and decided to put the truck on the IM machine. We noticed that when the engine was cold the engine seemed to run lean, but when warm the engine ran rich.
I have noticed that when driving about 35/40 mph there is a slight shutter. I read some on a post were this guy replace his torque converter and it stopped. I don't think it's that. I don't think that this would make it run lean then rich.
I need heeeeeelp if it's out there.
