I'm currently driving a '90 model XLT bronco. I'm really wanting to do some engine mods and am trying to find out what what would be needed to run the gt40 intake and the heads on the 5.8w motor with speed density EFI. I'm aware of the mass air flow change over, but how to do you swap out the throttle body and air intake system to the single mustang style vs the dual throttle body as with stock intake. Any suggestions, tips or explanations would be very welcome.

If I understand what you are asking ( I hope).
The GT40 Heads was for a 302CID motor so you will have to bore or drill out the bolt holes for the bigger 351CID Block. (That done).
Now as for the intake of the GT40, if it is for a 351W you will be ok, but if it is for a 302 you will need to purchase a 351 intake from Edelbrock (Make a nice one).
Please remember too, the 351W came in two differant Block Heights (9.500" and a 9.200") so make sure you know which one is in your truck because this will be important when ordering your intake and the part # used, (Call them first to make sure it will work).
