I have a 03/04 Limited and love it. Only had two problems. Drive shaft rear UJ bearing froze and bent the shaft. Had to have it straightened. Injector pressure sensor and emission control valve quit. $1200 to replace (Brent Brown Ford). It had airbags on the rear axle when I got it (used) and I fitted landyot radius arms, H/D rear anti-sway bar and H/D adjutable air shocks (all-round). Made a massive difference. Ride and steering are now like a car instead of a truck. It pulls a 24 ft boat easily and has loads of space for comfort.

If you want any more info, just ask.
