I have a 96 bronco and am ahving an imposibble time finding headers for it, there seems to be issues with this year, all the headers are for 87-95 and such. COuld anyone point me in the right direction. ALso what would be the next step in getting a little more oomph outta this engine, its the 5.8. |

I believe Bassani makes them and they are quality headers. Search the web for those.

thank you for your suggestion, it seems they do have headers that work but theyre also quite expensive msrp $500, i have also been looking at pacesetter headers in jc whitney that says they have a 96 application, anyone have any experience with these or any other header suggestions? |

Basically headers are just flow tuned bent pipes. However, just like many things in life, you get what you pay for. Historically shorty headers work better because of clearance problems. However, I would look at the bigger brands. Also make sure and wrap your starter, and oil filter with heat tape. New headers will cook these parts like no other.
