Hey 'Jermaine0987'
Here''s a few thoughts....
The 1st & 2nd replacement parts supplier ( auto parts store, dealer or independent service garage )
should have had some warranty period to possibly cover your $financial costs...have them upgrade you to a better quality supplier....????
Check w/ the dealer for their suggestion...
Do a database search for TSB's....maybe there's a dealer service call...???
Go to the bone-yard & get a new/replacement 'knuckle & other parts' to replace your troublesome parts....
Maybe someone else will have some better thoughts or suggestions. |

The only way a lower ball joint will break is if it is defective OR it is installed incorrectly. If it was defective, the auto parts store you bought it at should have a warranty on it, usually for 1 year against defects. How long was it on before it broke the 1st time?
Also, if it was installed incorrectly ( not flush fit, tilted at an angle) will put too much pressure on it, and it will break. Did it physically break off, or did it just loosen up? If it became loose, you may not have torqued it down properly. Did you install the joint yourself or have someone press it in for you? Or did you buy a lower A-arm assembly?
