I have 1998 Grand Marque with the road handler package. It has different tires and the real nice steel wheels. I am looking at a 2011 Marquie and would like to swap the wheels. What are thoughts and would it have an effect on anything? |

Are you looking to take the wheels from the 2011 and put them on the '98 or take the wheels from the '98 and put them on a 2011?
You can do both with different results.
- The 2011 wheels can be used on a '98 with spacers.
- The '98 wheels can be used on the 2011 but will stick out due to different offset. |

There is a wheel tire writeup at www.crownvic.net which should help with figuring about tires
swapping.
But most wheels up to -02 will not fit the +03 without sticking out because of the offsets.
