I have a 2000 CNG(Compress Natural Gas) it is the gas that is Prices $2.00-2.50 per gallon in California.
Well I bought a 2000 Crown Vic. It had no Fuel rail and Sensor(Fuel presser that is on the Fuel rail.

I bought a used one from a Place in Anaheim, All Ford Junkyard. So they had on when called. I went down their and the place has ALL I could need and the $216 CNG fuel presser sensor. That is a reasonable price for a item that is not even listed on eBay(check facts Yes their is 1 on line for $600)
I have had the Computer reset 3 times the car runs good but will not bass the Cal. Smog test for Fuel presser sensor Low. The car runs good 100-150 per tank(10 gal)

When I turn the key on in the A.M. I see the Check Engine Light flashes on like it should with all the Lights that come on with the First key turn. after I run the car the Next time I restart the car,
No Check Engine Light flashes on then.

But I keep getting theirs error. SO is their a reason IF! THE ONE I BOUGHT WAS BAD the car seems like it is running 1-10 it is a 8.

Could the sensor have field in either a open or close position that would read a Code P0192 have no-little effect on the car. The Junk yard said it comes of a running car BUT when I unplug the sensor The Car has no stress trying to run and Nothing seems to fail just keeps running smother.. What the Hell I have been told that If that CNG Fuel Presser Sensor fails the car shakes and rattles and will not work well.

Thank You

I Bought a New aftermarket Serener. It was from ford and the installation instruction included my 2000 Crown Vic. I installed it and Still have the same error after resting the Computer. I still do not have the Check engine light coming on Unless I turn the Key Slowly.
