All,
My 93 XLT speedometer and odometer are not functioning.I checked all associated fuses, all seems to be legit. I also cleaned the sensor that is located on the rear diff. All looks good.
Do i need to OHM out the ABS sensor? Also with the key ignition ON, should I read voltage on the sensor? Or how would I ohm it out to find out if bad. Thanks again!
Always Faithful.

I\\'m not sure why your speedo is out; however, I can suggest a work around--if you have a smartphone. My 85 Bronco has 35\\" tires and that renders the speedo 10 or 12 mph off. Thanks to a smarter friend of mine, I now use a speedo app on my phone. DigiHUD gives me my speed, miles, and direction via gps. Been followed by cops without being molested--dead on! |
