I have read here and another forum about ART brakes and how great the brakes performed.
But I have a problem with the lack of customer service.
The brakes were put on order on 5/5/03 this was after the ART group had some email, phone and fax problems and could not recieve any new orders. Lets say I was trying to order the brakes the last week of April-03

On 5/5/03 is when Dean @ ART accepted my order with a 2 week lead time
I have made several phone calls and email have been told about people on vacation and people out sick when I had and opportunity to speak with Dean. I was told on 5/29/03 that the brakes would ship the next day. Never happened. I was told on 6/5/03 That the brakes had shipped
Yesterday and today I have left voice mails requesting a trace this shippment. AT this time no return phone call from Dean/Art.
Since I have placed the order I have read how some ART customer still have a warp rotor problem.
Does ART have a quality problem?
ART does not tell the customer up front the true lead time.

I need a quality brakes what other options do I have in this department?
Thanks I know I have vented but still need a good brake system

Ken,

Keep them, just make sure to properly torque your lug nuts to 150-165 ft-lbs.
