SuperMotors Refund Policy

Due to the real-time and intangible nature of paid SuperMotors services, we offer a 10-day refund policy. We will issue a full refund to your credit card for the price of any service you request a refund for if we receive your refund request and an explanation within 7 days of the PURCHASE date. We do not honor refunds after 10 days. To submit a refund request, please follow these instructions:

1.) Provide your username and current e-mail address

2.) Provide a reason for your refund request

3.) Submit your refund request via the support form at https://www.supermotors.net/support.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the refund. We will notify you by e-mail when your refund has been processed. Please note that your financial institution could take up to seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us via the support form at https://www.supermotors.net/support.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the real-time nature of credit card processing and the real-time nature of the services offered on SuperMotors, we cannot process order cancellations. You may request a refund via the steps outlined above.
