Date | Type | Mileage | Title / Description | $ Amount | 12/20/05 | Modification | 158600 | More LIFT Since the 35's are mounted on 14" wide wheels you get a rub when you turn and hit a bump at the same time, so it only happens EVERY time I pull in my driveway. Daystar has coil spring spacers that will fill the bill. Another trip to 4Wheel Parts. Picked up the Daystars and a set of Pro-Comp adjustable camber bushing for that positive camber problem that I know is coming. Jacked the front end up and started removing the coil springs. Also removed the 6 cheap ass coil knuckles that Gomer saw fit to plug in the springs, had to take the coils out of the truck and use a saws all to cut them in half. Mounted the Daystars and then the knuckless coils back in. Fairly straight forward job, effective too! I will have to get help removing the old camber bushings though, couldn't get them out.....on to the allignment shop.... | 225.00 | 12/12/05 | Repair | 158500 | Guages/Front Windshield Got tired of looking at old electrical gauges that might not be working correctly so it's time for the mechanical ones. I added a new temp and oil pressure gauge set to the interior. Also had the front windshield replaced. Now she's road ready and legal to boot. All interior lighting is now working and all exterior as well, tags lights included!! | 325.00 | 12/10/05 | Modification | 158300 | Junk Yard Road Trip Time for a new back tailgate with glass, door locks that match...and work, as well as a few other little items.......seatbelts just to mention one of them. After a 2.5 hour trip (in my '05 F-150 of course) I got new door panels, new tailgate with glass, new locks and KEYS to the locks, visors and a spare tire holder with a spare. Also got seatbelts and mounting hardware........ | 345.00 | Total | 895.00 |
