Notes: |
Bought from my buddy who bought it to fix up and sold it to me after he fixed the mechanical problems. Now it's up to me to fix the remaining functional problems (rear window won't roll down, driver's side door doesn't unlock easily, etc). Have lots of plans for it but first is to fix these minor issues. |

Bronco 3G Alt Install 012.jpg 1582 hits | 61.05 KB | Posted: 7/17/06 All hooked up from the top. I had to get an extended belt for the air pump. I asked for 2 inches if I remember correctly. 1 or 1.5 probably would have been better as I almost max out its movement. The belt I got from napa was 38-7325 IIRC...That was ...

The axle was pulled and the bearing, race and seal were replaced. The axle was refilled with differential fluid. | 30.00 | 06/02/06 | Modification | 110000 | Replaced Alternator Upgraded alternator to a high amp 3G (junkyard). Later replaced with a brand new one do to a faulty regulator. Also upgraded charging cables to 1/0 gauge to better carry the 140 amps to the rest of the truck. Added a gatorback belt to help stop squealing. It only squeals for a split second at start now. that should get fixed after I do ignition upgrades and an electric fan...I hope... | 200.00 | Total | 380.00 |
