Engine: Stock 351W. Four barrel carb. Flowmaster exhaust.
Drivetrain: Stock C6 trans, Dana 50 TTB front, Sterling 10.25. 4.10 gears.
Notes: Bought it for $500. Was told it had missing teeth on the flexplate and overheated because of blown head gaskets. I dug into these problems and found the starter gear stripped clean of all teeth. The truck ran fine then the gauge "said" it was overheating but the engine didn't act like it. I found out that the gauge was bad. installed autometer temp and volt gauges in an a-pillar gauge pod and all is good. Fuel milage SUCKS but I still drive it everyday.

Sadly this was the second try. It has a 6 inch lift and 35" tires. Pro Comp X-terrains SUCK! We have since then added a 3 inch body lift and 38" Toyo open country MT's and haven't had this problem.
