Just about to start with my 460 project. Taking the engine and c6 from a 79 truck. Working on reinforcing the chassis right now adding the roll cage and such. Car weighs about 3000 /wo driver. Due to money probs this project will take a while but I have patience. I expect it to run in the low 10s with tweaks in weight, bores, and all the other good engine mods. Hopefully have a 570-600 cu displacement by next summer. Then go for the blown carb to futher add to the godlyness of the stang. Hope to have it done by mid december 2003. Giving myself ample time to gather resources and tweak my engine. |
