Here is the mount on the driver's side of the top. For now I simply have small bolts attaching the cab channel to the aluminum brackets. I plan on having a friend Tig weld them at a later point if the thin aluminum channel will hold up to the heat.

The side cab bracket dimensions are almost the opposite of the top mounts. Bolt hole location in all brackets was determined by the snap location on the cab mount channels.

I bent 90 degree brackets out of aluminum bar to mount the shortened tonneau cover bed rails to the original hardtop mounting holes.

Here's the rear window full snapped on the fabricated channel. There is about a half inch gap between the aluminum channel and the top of the tailgate. I have some rubber seal that I'll put on the bottom of the channel to help seal this up.

I then tightened up the bend with a hammer. Not very professional, but highly affective. Initially I did use a small torch to put some heat into the aluminum before bending, but it didn't appear to make any difference in the process.
