p71 4.6L The Modifications are:
1. Custom 2 ½ Inch, (2.5) Dump Cans, Cat-less Exhaust System-Manifolds Back. This System bolts and unbolts easy to Factory Manifolds.(Approximately $1000 invested has a nice deep rumble)
2. MAC Long Tube ( LT ) HTS Coated Headers: 1 5/8" with 2.5" Collectors Also fits 96-04 Mustang Gt (not installed)
3. Custom Fabricated Off-Road X-Pipe
4. New Factory 2006 Mustang GT High Flow Mufflers (Have Special-Internal Valves – Actuators to relieve or Eliminate any Back-Pressure. In addition the Valves and Chambers Open on Wide Open Throttle (WOT-AKA Pedal to the Metal) This is comparable to the Saleen Exhaust System which will cost you in excess of $1000.I had Modified Flowmaster 40 ‘s on it and it was too F-ing loud for my taste and these perform better in my opinion.

9. Accel Mustang GT Sparkplugs ( I have the High Performance Accel Crown Vic Police Interceptor Ones too)
10.Eaton M90 Roots Type Supercharger Head Unit. This unit can add Over 100HP Horsepower to the wheels! A few other pieces readily available here on eBay and junk yards for about $100(I’ve seen the extra parts sell together for $30 before) and possibly some custom machining of the nose shaft & intake manifold may be required depending how you install it. (Not Installed Photographed Step by Step Installation Instructions of the M-90Supercharger on the Crown Vic is available online, including Allen Superchargers. If you were to by the whole Kit New it would cost you around $4000!!!)
11.Extra Supercharger Pulleys to increase PSI Levels on the Supercharger Unit ( Expensive this raises Horsepower and Torque Tremendously)
12.Underdrive Pulleys (not installed)
13.Heavy Duty Tow Bar-attached to frame.
14.Ford Racing HIGH TEMPERATURE BLUE SILICONE RADIATOR HOSE KIT for Crown Victoria Not the old mustang( this has a lot more, longer and different hoses), I think it’s Obsolete, unless you buy individual pieces, Ford charged about $400.
15.Spinners & Original Hub Caps
16.Experimental Hypertech Performance Programmer - Tuner (also good for most 1996-1998 Ford Cars & Trucks).
17.Custom Fabricated - Experimental Wiring Harness for Hypertech Programmer as an Onboard – Piggy Back type unit for Real Time and Key off Tuning and Extra Long cables for ease. These Cables and Connectors are Obsolete and are very hard to find.
18.2 Extra 1995 & 1996 (also fits 1997) Ford P71 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor Engine Computers for Further Advanced Tuning Capabilities like Laptops and Hypertech –Diablo –Superchips & OBDII (OBD II 2) Conversion.
19.Don’t Worry ALL Factory Wires are still in place (except those modified to install additional police equipment) experimental tuning was designed to work with the factory ports.
