Notes:	This '63 1/2 Galaxie 500 "R" code, was bought sight unseen by Cliff Harmon, Norhridge, CA., from a car lot in Iowa. The car did not have an engine, trans nor the correct rear end. Vehicle was transported to my shop where it sat dormant for several months along with a '67 7 Litre car that Harmon had shipped to me. I had been contacted to do a "driver condition" restoration on another '63 Galaxie that was also owned by Harmon and that project was just starting. When Harmon used 1/3 of his "restoration" deposit to pay for transporting the 2 above cars plus buying a 406 short block and did not replenish the money, work on the 1st '63 had to stop while we waited on him to get his "financial house in order". I decided that due to the lack of money siuation and the fact that Harmon wanted to change the original terms, it would be best to terminate the '63 project. I requested that Harmon remove all his cars and parts from my premises within 2 weeks. The cars and parts were removed on 2/26 & 2/27/08.
