For the front end I have the stock TTB Dana 44 with a AGR steering box and a Saginaw PS pump. The transmission is stock, but a new rebuilt Jasper M5OD with a Luk Pro Gold 11" series clutch kit, mated to a BW1356 T-Case, and topped off with the stock 8.8" Rear w/ 3.55 Gears. |

This is the second vehicle I have purchased on eBay and the last time I do so. I picked it up in January 2007. Since then it has had: Brand new brake system, New transmission, Clutch system, Rancho RS5000 Shocks, SkyJacker Dual Steering Stabilizer, Carr RotoRack with 5 Hella 500 lights. Some how I managed to aquire a Kayline Soft-Top for it for the summer. It also has oversized tire size @ 33x12.5 BFG's. The interior includes a Dual 7" DVD/MP3/CD Player, with Alpine Type S speakers.
On a side note I have taken full advantage of the maintenance logs for cost analysis and build progression.
Future plans for this baby include but are not limited to: 36"x13.5" Iroks, 6" BDS suspension, Bilstein 5100 shocks, Hub swap auto to manual. regearing to 4.56 or 4.88, cut-out fender flairs, a full roll-cage, a Warn winch, lockers, custom bumpers, rockslider-steps, S.A.S. D60, 10.25", 460, ZF5, and Atlas 2 T-Case. |

Removed front wheels, calipers, 4wd hubs, rotors, hubs, spindles, and halfshafts. Split Ball Joints, removed spindle housings, removed BJ's. Pressed in new BJ's, replaced locked up halfshaft. on pass. side of D44. Reinstalled frontend, greased and test drove.
Replaced worn out idler pulley and noisey drive belt.
Checked A/C system for leaks. Charged with freon repaired climate control cable.
Placed missing reverse light switch plunger on transmission.

I removed all the carpeting and various panels from the interior. Faught with the floor board and finally removed the sound deadning material from under driver and passenger seats and console.

Purchased new all black flag mount side view mirrors. Plus various odds and ends for the truck. New driver door sensor, washer knozzles, and hose. Removed both door panels and then ran into issues with rusted bolts on mirrors and broken interior mounting parts. Then I replaced both mirrors cleaned up pass. panel and reinstalled it. Replaced sparkplugs, ignition coil, distributer cap/rotor, and wires. I installed Motorcraft sparkplugs, a MSD Coil, a MSD Dist. Cap/Rotor and of course MSD Wires. I gapped the sparkplugs to .055 and adjusted the timing to 13*. Topped off with one hell of new years.

I have aquired a Kayline (snap style) Soft Top. It is used but in great condition. Needs very little repair. So excited. I cleaned the top. Fixed a few of the broken snaps and its good as new. Removed the fiber glass roof off the truck. Followed the very confusing directions on how to install the top. Finally, 3 hours later, I was set.
