Remove the Bus Bar to prevent starter drag after you release the start switch. The Solenoid "S" terminal should be wired directly to the Relay "S" or "I" terminal.

I wired my PMGR Mini Starter differently than above. My starter cable is connected to the "M" post and not the "B" post in case the cable melts and shorts. Also, my solenoid "S" wire is connected to the relay "I" post for a clean relay connection.
