Engine: 223 cubic inch straight six with 145 horsepower. Single barrel Holley carburetor. Offered as an option in 1959. Was called the Mileage Maker.
Drivetrain: Three speed in the column with an automatic overdrive. Original equipment.
Notes: I am the second owner and have driven this Ranchero regularly for over 27 years. All original equipment including factory exterior spotlight and AM Town & Country (search find) radio.

Compared to after market or even to the other engine options Ford offered in 1959, this is puny. But it will run forever. It has around 247,000 miles on it at present.

These tailights are awesome. They bring character to the rear of this last long wheel base Ranchero for years to come.
