My Crown Vic at this point is a "stock" P71. I spent most its life as a Iowa Highway State Patrol car. Instead of the more common bench set this one came equipped and still retains factory buckets. Its 250 Horse 4.6 back by a 4 speed automatic still packs quite the punch for a car with closet to 300,000 miles on it |

Just recently got the car, A friend of mine informed me he was pulling the motor and asked if I wanted it. I told him I really needed a car to drive. So we worked out a deal on it. I saved the P71 from the crusher. It needs basic maintenance, Tune up, tie rod ends, a brake line and a set of shocks. Once I get that done I will move on to restoring the body and putting a fresh coat of paint on everything. Although I think it will be Black this time not Gold |
