Underside of the cover. The green webbing in the center runs all around the perimeter, wrapped in the fabric. This was for strength and durability.

Here's the rail. Snaps every 8", except at the rear. Small eye hooks for cargo and the bikini straps, and a marine hinge for the tubing that will support the bikini top.
