Nickname: Toronto car
Mileage: 300
Engine: Bone stock 318 with top quality Taylor Spiropro 8mm plug wires in nondescript black. Autolite Coppers opened up to a non-stock .050 thou.

Enormous B&M Supercooler. One add-a-leaf in each rear leaf spring pack. Custom made Class III trailer hitch.

Later PMGR starter, from a Dakota, made this car a dream to start. Highly recommended.
Drivetrain: Sis' had me install real 6 X 9 four ways in the rear and new, high end 3.5 inch speakers in the dash. A state of the art JVC head unit with thumb drive jack, MP3, iPod, etc, etc. I also added a 2 channel amp mounted between the rear speakers, upside down onto the underside (in the trunk) of the rear parcel shelf. Like all the Fifths we run 225/70/15s from Canadian Tire. The AWs are still under $70.00 each and last three to four years. This means I can go all round the car, in brand new tires, for less than one corner of my Brother's Toyota.
Notes: Bought from the Niece of the original owner from Belleville in 1995. At the time it had less than 12,000 original miles.
Without a doubt the most reliable Fifth Avenue we've ever owned.

I've lost count of how many sets of tires and brakes I've put on the car, but............that's just about all it's ever needed. It just keeps going and going and going and going without needing much of anything.

Re finished the roof, trunk and lower half of the car in base/clear coat in May 2012 with Sis helping me sand and mask. Hood came off a perfect 85 donor car in the exact colour match. All because the clear coat was flaking.

Mk II cupholder/console

Sis reupholstered her A, B, C pillars and rear tunnel pieces all by herself

Took about an hour to replicate the stock line bends in the new 3/8" Polyarmour coated lines. Better to replace the rusted 28 year old trans lines now, at home, dirt cheaply, than out on the road at the hands of some stealership for a fee equal to yo...

Double flaring the trans end (rad end not required) is the easy part. Bending 3/8" lines is a good deal tougher than smaller lines. Best have your Wheaties and employ the tube bender. I own two types.

These rad and trans fittings will allow you go to larger 3/8" lines to replace the stock(rusted and 28 year old) 5/16" lines. This will increase line volume and delivery by 44%.
