5.0 ho from 93 mark vii 289 rods ,lunadii cam holley street dominator high rise badger pistons 030 over double sump moroso pan valve covers , heads had factory roller rockers wit ford part # built my own one belt system wit reverse rotation water pump , Used 289 dizzy msd 351 w firing order gear then I cut about an inch off a new 98 390 oil pump shaft ,, this set up really out performd the msd 6aL , I believe due to the advance in the 289 dizzy>? but was easy hit 7grand on the tac , seem like I built more of a dirt track engine, never dyno just 14 bftdc used holley 625cfm 4bbl street avenger, 1 wire ford alt , no power anything on this 64 gallaxie 500 4dr little rust real survivor from kennate mo also had to ebay purchase a 50 oz flexplate for the 10 1\\2 c-4 converter ,,, Flex plate was CFI rated 50 oz imbalance she spun the weight off so I tigd it on HARD wont move agin , bargan at buy it now at 60. bucks but pissed the weight come loose,? so here are some ruff pics b-4 and during , still doing just cant seem to find the right tranny and rear gear combo that is worth a dailey cruze and slap a Camaro around with lol |
