Quoting from the last Peugeot 405 Mi16 that I owned:
1905cc DOHC MPFI 4-cylinder. 160bhp, 135lb/ft. torque. It may not sound like a lot, but for 1989 this wasn't bad - and light weight plus good aerodynamics give it a 0-60 time of around 8.5 seconds, with a top speed somewhere in the 130mph range.
Haven't had one in about seven years. Clearly, it was time for another. Details to follow. |
