figure out the leanth of the chain and grind down the pins and remove the links then simply put it all back together and use the master link to put the chain back together

put the axle back into place and setup your new chain

take the old spocket off and put the new one on and make sure to use extra long bolts so you can put lock nuts on the other side and then reassemble

then take the big nuts off and the piece that holds the sprocket on will slide off

then with these tools tap the inner ring of the bearing and it will slide off

when it comes out it looks like this, take off this nut

and these, also take off the sprocket upper cover then pull the entire axle out
