Notes: |
Just bought the vehicle after coveting one since childhood. Haven't had a chance to do much with her yet, other than minor repairs and trading out the auto hubs for the Warns. Rewired 40% of the truck so far due to existing electrical problems. Plans for the near future have changed during the ownership of this truck. Since I live in Nebraska there aren't a ton of off-roading opportunites, so I'm gearing the mods more towards street for the time being (while maintaining offroad integrity should the opportunity arise). To that end, I've concentrated more on engine and cosmetic mods. I've decided she's going to stay the same color, (dark brown) but still have plans for a little body work and repaint. Other than that, I've gotten the Westin pushbar and side bars installed, (looks great!) and the clear front corners (NOT riced!!! Just CLEAN) I'm also looking into head and intake swaps for the underpowered 302 to give 'er a bit more snap in her step. Within the next month, she'll be sporting new 33" MTR's, and probably a 2" level. We'll have to wait and see. |
