This is the pcm that came with my 87 bronco. I was told it is a manual trans computer, and I believe it is reman due to the red stickers on the sides that say warranty void if opened.

note the markings on the oil pump. "m83 hv" is a melling number for a high volume oil pump. supports the theory that the engine was rebuilt.

here you can see the back of the motor. i believe i damaged the crossover tube when i was disconnecting the wiring harness. i'm going to reuse the flex plate since the new (used) motor had a e4od transmission and im pretty sure the c6 and e4od use ...

how she looks now. i pressure washed the outside to remove all the junk from where she had been sitting. the paint is chipping but it'll have to do for now.

here's something interesting. all of the rods and caps were marked. this indicates that the engine was rebuilt at one time or another.
