Engine: |
K&N panel filter, Screamin Demon coil, plugs gapped to .065, ASP UDP, Dynomax 2.5 catback, throttle body spacer since my idea for it as a Duratec TB adapter originally did not work |
Drivetrain: |
2wd Edge, factory 4.10s, open rear, cranked torsion bars |
Notes: |
Former company delivery vehicle. Had a mountain of issues due to lack of care which lead to a locked up engine. Which is how I ended up with it. Bought with a literally blown up 3.0. Replaced with a 2000 5spd long block and new heads from Dover Cylinder Heads. |

I do not understand why Supermotors rotates the pictures. Three different ones and all turned like this one. Anyway. Two of a Hella 500ff bolted to the upper grille support.

Looks like they work fine to me. The headlights are 9007s from either JDMastar or Superbrightleds.com (can not remember). Halogen on the left and the cheapo LEDS on the right. Might be alright.

Nothing extravagant.

Let us find out if these cheap Chinese things will work in my driving lights or not.

The reason why the spacer idea was a failure. I was hoping to use it and just bore the center to 60mm for the Duratec TB. As you can see, that is not going to work. Off to the junkyard for an extra intake then.

Diameter and circumference difference.
Installation took less than an hour. I used a Bando 6PK2195 belt.

It is no wonder Vulcan owners (manual transmission guys namely) feel so much response with the new pulley. Two pounds lighter and almost small enough to fit INSIDE the factory pulley.

I have had worse beginnings. Needs a new fascia and a few dents pulled. Obviously pull the stickers and stupid hat off. Definitely needs a good wash and buff.

Done! Looks a lot better. Had I known that the factory bumper was textured and not smooth as it looked, I would have painted this one before it went on.

Front bumper is pretty messed up. Does not look bad in this picture but it is falling apart.

Carnage found in the pan. Much of that is a piston skirt.
