factory but has a b&m shift kit. works well and improves shifts dramatically. i recommend one for your t-bird!
Notes:
well i bought it as it is and have put some money into it but for mechanical purposes. with high miles comes this but i love t-bird so to me its well worth it. plans to make it a real runner are in the works.
