5.4L Triton, Hyland Cams, approx 11:1 compression forged SP pistons, ARP head and main studs, custom made crank scraper, ported "PI" heads, Extrude honed Thunderbird 4.6 exhaust manifolds, 2.5 inch true duals, TwEECer tuned. Good for around 340HP at the rear wheels and over 400 lbs/ft torque at the wheels. |

Car has run 12s without nitrous, with the front sway bar removed and on MT ET Streets, through the mufflers. Currently the way the car is set up, it is good for 20MPG on the highway, can hit the slalomcourses with the best of 'em, last time out on a road course was at Daytona Speedway a couple of years back, ran it in the AS class...spanked most of the field of Camaros, Firebirds, ect...waaaay too much fun for any street driven(occaisonally) car! |
