This is a re-direct from my original posting which was made nefore the site had a motorcycle section. I couldn't find a way to edit or change the original account so I figgured I'd try a re-direct so at least both bikes show in my garage...
GSXR 711 '92 GSXR 750 with a highly modded GSXR 1100 engine slipped into the 750 frame.
Drivetrain:
GSXR 1100 engine and tranny from a 91?
Notes:
92 GSXR 750 with Race Tech suspension mods, Bridgestone race compound tires and lightened extensively. *nude* bike has no body work. stock dashboard and all unessesary junk removed to keep it as light as possible and still be street legal. Finished bike weighs under 380lbs. Was dynoed at 172HP when engine was fresh.
The short wheelbase and light weight combined with the insane power of the modded 1100 GSXR engine make this a bike that will run with ANY modern bike and cost a total of less than $2000 completed with a years insurance!!
