Since my new manifolds had no accessories (just a plug in the front one & 2 in the rear one), I salvaged the original studs & EGR flare fitting from the old ones. After soaking the ice-cold manifolds for a few minutes with penetrating oil & then hitting the thinnest area of the casting with a propane flame for a few minutes, they all came out except this one. It took several more minutes with this MAPP flame in addition to propane from the other side, and a larger breaker bar to start moving. I actually thought it sheared at one point, but it came out intact & reusable.
