After settling the intake so it's level to the block at the ends of the valley, I spun all the bolts down just until they hit so the intake couldn't shift. Each of the middle 8 bolts has a ring of E6000 where the shank meets the bolt head to seal against the intake; the 4 corner bolts have blue threadlocker under their heads (NOT on their threads). That will prevent them from vibrating back out (they don't need to be sealed because of the E6000 pattern I used), but it won't cause them to break during removal since the torque & glue are both at the heads - not on the threads.

Then I torqued them to 25 lb-ft in the recommended pattern 2x. After about 10min, I re-checked their torque once more.
Yes, I got the heater outlet facing the wrong way, so I had to pull the alternator bracket to correct that. When I did, I realized I put a stud-head bolt at that corner, where a normal-head should be, so I swapped them.
