1595clutch8.jpg This was resurfaced on a brake lathe.  There were 2 passes with the cutter because the wear was so deep (about 700Kmi worth).  Then there were 2 passes with a high-speed grinder to put the finish on it.  There's some pattern up close, but it looks a lot better.  It's so grippy now that I stalled it just backing it out of the shop.

I also threadlocked (thread-SEALED) the crankshaft flange bolts to prevent oil leaks.

UPDATE: after a week, it wore in to normal grip.  After a year, it's still normal.
