Used tire purchased from and installed by Tires and More for Less in NE Minneapolis on 03May2016, pic02. The next morning, when I saw this tire had gone flat, I installed the factory mini-spare. On inspecting this flat tire in the trunk of my car, I noted a fresh tar-like goo smeared on both the rim and the sidewall in numerous places.
