engine block is a standard 351w non-roller i bought from a friend. it was previously rebuilt by a company in the past at some point but the bearings were very worn but the block and crank were still in decent condition
luckily with new main,rod and cam bearings the clearances were all within spec, the rings were a tiny bit loose but everything should do good. the cylinders were hones with a flexball hone
i reused a set of main cap studs that are designed to use a windage tray so i went ahead and added one. oil pump is stock with a hardened shaft
