air up the beadlock first, make sure you don't have valves in either the beadlock or the tire so it can move freely without being put under pressure. air up the beadlock, then set the tire bead. let it inflate and deflate. then air up the beadlock 3 times at 15/20/30 psi, then let it deflate and air up one more time with the valve core in, set at 30.
