First, let me apologize for the picture quality. My son took these pictures while I was driving, and the road isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be.

In any case, here is some quantifiable data that shows the engine load. This was taken while climbing Monument Hill, which is the steepest grade I travel to and from work.

Engine load--as measured by the PCM--with the 4.10 gears/33" tires was measured at 57.14% in this picture. This is a significant reduction from what was previously measured.

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the data when I had 3.55 gears/33" tires in the truck, but engine load--as measured by the PCM--used to be in the mid 80% climbing this same grade.
