There are no wiper arms, but the linkage isn't installed correctly inside, and the cover isn't attached to anything but the visor rods & maybe a dome light wire. Bedliner is visible at the top of the firewall, between the hood & w/s frame. The window gaskets are shot, but so are the few other body seals that are installed. There's a box full of new seals.
