It took a large filter wrench to get the old one (
FL1995) off, but no tools should be needed again to change the oil (4 gallons of Rotella 15W40) because of the
Fumoto drain (F111). I let the pan drip for several hours, then jacked the truck to a tilt so the last oil would run away from the threads, rinsed them with brake cleaner, dried them, then red-threadlocked the valve to the pan. The dipstick fitting is not leaking yet.
