being it is an electronic locker, there is a small 2-wire pigtail to engage it. the pigtail is short because the 10.5" axles designed for it have a bulkhead connector for it going through the axle housing. the 10.25" axles do not have the boss for it so i will jsut drill a hole for the wires and seal them with RTV.
the middle back part of this locker does not actually spin with the rest of the carrier. obviously the wiring needs to stay in place. the 2 tabs hold the section of the carrier in place where the carrier bearing caps go.
