i had plans for awhile now remove the 37x12.5 MT military tires and go to a 36x9 paddle tires. despite being abit smaller and narrower they have a very deep lug similar to R2 tractor tires. but my plans did not stop there, i decided i wanted to try and run these in a dually configuration.

the dually axle is 4 inches wider overall (2 inch each side) than the single rear wheel 10.25

my old axle is a semi-floating Dana 60. which i was not sure how well would hold up to dually paddy tires. while i was at the junkyard i happen to find a dually 10.25 Sterling axle from a 95 F350

i am regearing the axle with 5.13 Dana SVL gears. using a new factory Ford electronic locker (BC3Z-4026-B). used a Yukon 8.8 crush sleeve eliminator.
