The LHR shoes are not substantially worn - probably because they're stuck, and not working. They were not lubricated during assembly, and have been contaminated by mud. This pic shows how dirty they are AFTER being hosed out 3x through the access hole & around the edge of the backing plate. The autoadjuster is seized and its teeth are worn down so that the pawl can't grab & turn it. I was able to manually adjust it more than a full turn out, and still get the drum back on. The e-brake cable is kinked, and doesn't move enough to work.
