All loaded up, to the tune of nearly 400 lbs. It's a beast to move around, but I remembered to grease the bearings in the casters this time... The cart alone probably weighs 80 lbs, built intentionally very heavy down low so as to not be tipsy. The rear deck was made as low to the ground as possible, to make the 200 lb bottle easier to get on and off. The front four casters came from a greasy old HF dolly, while the rear two came from my beloved HF aluminum racing jack whose front roller was spewing out bearing shrapnel after a neighbor pushed it a little too hard.
The top deck is leftover plate from the front bumper build's winch plate, while the rear deck is leftover from the bumper's side wings. I got creative and made the rear deck's "box" out of a single piece, scoring the cut lines on one side and bending them to shape, then solidly welding the seams to fill in the scoring and connect the corners.
