#9 022A48 is only used from '87-97
#11 020A50 is used only on the R (passenger) side '80-95; #14 '96-97 on both sides
#5 022A56 Pad (self-adhesive rubber)
#4 022A68 Wiper Valance (Cowl Grill) ('92-96 F6TZ15022A68AA)
#12 E7TZ1502824A cowl-to-hood seal [url=http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/fd/full.aspx?Page=27]LMC part 41-1514[/url] may be the best replacement, for ~$30.  Common replacements as on [url=https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079RKNG7V]Amazon[/url] & eBay are not always made properly, and may require cutting to fit.

Removal:
1) lift the wiper arms, slide out the catches, then pull the arms off the shafts
2) lift the antenna base trim, remove 4 screws, unplug antenna cable from base
3) release windshield trim clips, and remove lower & side trim pieces
4) remove screws (#3) from valance near w/s lower moulding
5) open hood & remove screws (#6 & #13) along front of valance, including cowl-to-hood seal (#12) & vapor hose hangers
6) work valance forward & up off wiper shafts, then rearward & up from hood. It may also be necessary to adjust the hood forward on the hinges, and re-align it to the body later.
7) disconnect sprayer hose and remove valance from truck
